Great location for Universal, really convenient after long park days.

Impeccably clean venue with free of charge and well priced breakfasts and city views. A nice size and well-equipped room and a beautifully designed bathroom. Especially helpful stuff at the reception desk.

Beds were a little hard.

The room was spacious, providing ample space for relaxation. Fresh towels every day made it feel welcoming. A fridge and microwave were convenient, enhancing the comfort. The bed, however, had issues; my husband's side was caved in and uncomfortable. The bathroom was small, lacking space for essentials. Cleanliness was inconsistent, as we didn’t receive bed sheet changes over seven days. Noise levels were easily manageable, and temperature control was efficient. We enjoyed good views. While the cleanliness needs improvement, the overall room layout catered well to our basic needs without excessive frills.

I loved staff and rooms - they were very good. This hotel was in a fairly nice area close enough to Universal Studios, parks and restaurants. I had a such great stay, thank you so much!

The hotel is brand-new - cozy rooms and extremely comfy beds. Loved brilliant staff. International Drive district is worth looking into.

The location is fantastic, with quick access to Universal and plenty of dining options nearby. Staff was friendly, and cleaning was prompt with fresh towels daily. The 24-hour store is a huge plus. the rooms felt dated, and the bathroom needed a thorough clean. The pool was quite small and crowded, making it hard to swim. Check-in was frustrating and our room wasn’t initially clean, which was disappointing. Despite these hiccups, it's great value for families on a budget. I would certainly consider returning for the convenience and cost.

The hotel's prime spot makes it an ideal starting point for exploring Orlando, with Universal Studios just a quick 10-minute drive away and various restaurants like Applebee's just a few steps away, while places like The Wheel at ICON Park and Wet 'n Wild are also within easy reach, allowing for leisurely strolls to many fun attractions; the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, though the housekeeping service could have been more responsive to our requests.

The heating provided in the room was effective during the cooler evenings, ensuring a comfortable stay. I did find that the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which occasionally disturbed my sleep. I appreciated having access to tea and coffee facilities in the room, allowing me to enjoy a warm beverage at my convenience. The sitting area provided a cozy spot to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The availability of garden furniture added a nice touch to the outdoor areas, allowing guests to enjoy the pleasant weather. While the room did not offer a trouser press, I found the free toiletries provided to be of good quality and a nice touch. The am/fm alarm clock was handy for waking up on time, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. The carpeted floor added warmth to the room and made it feel cozy. The hotel offered services like dry cleaning and housekeeping, which helped keep the room tidy and organized throughout my stay. I also found the shops and commercial services on-site to be convenient for any last-minute needs. The laundry service was beneficial for keeping my clothes clean during my trip, and the shuttle service provided easy transportation to and from Universal theme park.

The proximity of the Universal parks, the breakfast, paid but very copious and varied.
